Pitching Log

It is important to track the number of pitches every pitcher takes in every game. If you haven't received your Pitching Log Form Book from your director, print off some sheets until you can get one.

Lightning Guidelines

On seeing lightning, all games are suspended and may start only after 15 minutes have passed from the last sighting of lightning.

All players and spectators should move to safety and away from steel fences and trees. Wait in your cars until the game restarts or is cancelled.

Special Game Forms

During the regular season and the summer season any time an East Nepean team is playing a game outside of the scheduled league games the coach must complete a special games report and submit to Jim Dean ( the District Administrator for our district.

Head Coaches WANTED for 2020 Little League All-Star Teams

East Nepean Little League is putting out a call for individuals to coach one of the All Star teams for the Summer 2020 season.

MINOR (ages 9 and 10)


JUNIOR (ages 13 and 14)

The successful coaches will be leaders who not only hold a position of trust and responsibility in the program but are also sensitive to the mental and physical limitations of children of these age groups and recognize that the game is a vehicle of training and enjoyment, not an end in itself.

Coaching candidates must demonstrate the following to be considered:

  • Baseball knowledge through experience in baseball (coaching, playing, officiating and/or convening)
  • Coaching knowledge through experiences in coaching baseball or other sports (certification)
  • The ability to work with similar age groups as required by the position (in sports, volunteer organizations or professionally)
  • The ability to handle similar levels of competition (in baseball or other sports)
  • A track record in terms of objectives achieved consistent with the level of competitiveness required of previous positions
  • Commitment level - through personal time available

In addition to the above criteria, the selection committee will also focus on your overall coaching philosophy. You are encouraged to outline your philosophy and approach in your submission.

Messages to All-Star Coaches

Message from the President of the Kingston Baseball Associatiion

I just wanted to send a quick message to forward to your all-star coaches regarding tournaments in Kingston Ontario this summer.

Tournaments will be offered at the Rookie, Minor, Major and Junior levels. All entries are $400 + 3 game balls, we will have prizes for the top 2 teams as well as cool prizes to raffle off.
